Protecting Human Health While Adapting to Extreme Climate Conditions

Today, when we consider resilient strategies in the face of climate change and extreme weather events, we often focus on renewable energy, tightening the building envelope, energy-efficient systems and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. As we proactively factor in the projected climate over the lifespan of a building, we must also incorporate design measures that support human health.

During our first webinar, “Protecting Human Health While Adapting to Extreme Climate Conditions,” we will examine what it means to support human health in the face of many environmental stressors, including extreme heat, extreme precipitation and wildfires. Join us and our expert panelists as we embark on this educational journey, laying the foundation for a series of discussions on effectively adapting and thriving in an ever-changing world.
